ACSP seminar on TISE

Background to IOM base explained

The next Association of Corporate Service Providers’ DQ Advocates-sponsored seminar will provide an introduction to The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

The presentation will be with Carolyn Gelling, head of TISE’s Isle of Man office, who will explain the background to establishing an Isle of Man base, reasons for and types of listings, recent trends in new listings and plans for the future.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a Chartered wealth manager, Carolyn Gelling will offer an insight into the TISE, a regulated marketplace headquartered in Guernsey with an office in Jersey as well as the Isle of Man.

It provides a responsive and innovative listings facility for international companies to raise capital from investors based around the globe.

The seminar on Thursday April 26, is expected to last approximately one hour and will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration at 12 noon for a prompt 12.30pm start.
