Sarah Maltby

Sarah Maltby

Sarah is the Chair of the Manx Labour Party and this is the second time she's stood for election.

She's currently one of Douglas South's MHKs, having been elected in the last general election in 2021.

She's a mum of two and has a Parson Russell Terrier named Fynlo.

In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog and spending time with her children.

Sarah says: “Douglas South is my home and serving this community and the Isle of Man since 2021 has been both an honour and a responsibility I take extremely seriously.

“Looking ahead to 2026–2031, I remain committed to the same common sense, people first approach, focused on delivering practical solutions that make a real difference.

“I have worked hard to stay accountable, approachable and responsive to the community I serve.”

We asked each candidate to tell us what their top three priorities would be for the next administration.

Sarah chose social and economic growth, education and healthcare, and housing and accessibility.
