Julie Edge is an independent candidate and she is standing in Onchan.
She is currently one of the constituency's sitting MHKs, having been first elected in 2016.
Julie says the issues she believes matter most are the economy, healthcare, education, transparency, protecting democracy and free speech, and ensuring the Island remains true to its identity and values.
She says: "The people of Onchan deserve representatives with experience, who understand the pressures facing our Island, who ask difficult questions, who stay standing when the answers are uncomfortable, and who will never stop standing up for Onchan and the Island we are all proud to call our home."
