Lib Van members 'not spokespeople' on tax stance

The leader of Lib Van says comments that her party is in 'disarray' are ill-informed.

Kate Beecroft MHK disagreed with Chief Minister Allan Bell's remarks that conflicting opinions on the Island's tax system had split the party.

In the past fortnight, Lib Van members Cat Turner and Andrew Jessop have described the Isle of Man as a 'tax haven'.

But Mrs Beecroft said whilst this was not the party's stance, individuals were entitled to their views.
