Committee report makes recommendations for change 

The Manx government aims to sit down with the heads of Manx Gas 'post haste' to renegotiate its agreement.

The chief minister has published his Gas Regulatory Review Committee report, which outlines a number of key recommendations.

Howard Quayle says he wants to sit down 'post haste' following the publication.
