The Tandragee 100 Road Races will not take place this year.
The ‘current economic climate and circumstances beyond our control’ are being cited as reasons from the organisers, the North Armagh Club, which intends to run the event again next year.
Last year, the Tandragee celebrated its 50th anniversary with Michael Dunlop securing a hat-trick of wins.
It had been marred by tragedy in recent years with John Donnan killed at the event in 2007 and Dubliner Martin Finnegan losing his life in a crash at the meeting 12 months later.
Last month, an inquest into Donnan's death heard calls from the coroner for safety improvements in local road racing events.
