In JCK Division Two, the favourites continue to set the pace.

Mark Wolfenden scored four as Douglas Athletic hit seven past Foxdale without reply.

Connor Dowell (two) and Paddy Gallagher got the others.

There was a thriller at Ballafletcher as promotion hopefuls Douglas Royal and Gymns shared eight goals.

Daniel Kewley (two) and Nick Bowden were among the scorers for Gymns, with Andrew Lancaster, Craig Dolman, James Halliday and Paul Whitley on target for the home side.

Douglas & District produced the surprise of the day with a fine 5-2 home success against Michael.

Rob McAuliff was the star of the show with a four goal haul and was joined on the scoresheet by Lewis Crowe.

Mark Tully and Kevin Pulman netted the consolations for the visitors, relegated last season from the Premier League.

There was plenty of excitement as Onchan and Colby shared six goals.

James Collett (two) and Sam Woolen netted for the southerners but Joe Reece was the hat-trick hero for the hosts.

Paddy Cooper, Alex Crawley and Andy Blake fired Castletown to a 3-1 home win over Malew in the southern derby.

Dean Kinley netted their consolation.

Barry English (two), Craig Cowin, Dale Walker, Darren Flanagan and Wes Gibson scored as Pulrose ran out 6-3 winners over Governor’s Athletic.

They replied through Ben Doyle, debutant Alex Noon and Daniel Thirwell.
