Wigtown Bay Coastal Rowing Club to row from Isle of Whithorn
A crew of hardy souls are set to row from southern Scotland to the Isle of Man this coming spring.
The fundraiser will be carried out in a hand-built wooden craft known as a skiff.
It's being organised by the Wigtown Bay Coastal Rowing Club who are seeking money to put into their organisation.
A crew of four will set off from the Isle of Whithorn on the journey to the Island.
The club's chairman and event organiser, John McGuire, says they have three dates available:
'Pressure in the system' but bed figures are wrong says Manx Care
Work permits 'form part of longer-term plan' says Johnston
First Deemster and Clerk of Rolls appointed to senior roles
Mother's Day recognition for women who ‘shape our community’
