Organisers asking people to be vigilant for symptoms
Music fans who attended a Toploader concert have been warned to be vigilant after a number of people went on to contract Covid-19.
The organisers of the event – Deep South Music Festival – say they feel 'obliged' to pass the information on regardless of the government guidelines in place.
The gig took place in Tower House in Douglas last Saturday, 9 October.
As a result the 'Space' music event – which was due to take place on 29 October will be moved to a new date in 2022 and all tickets will be honoured.
A statement from Deep South Music Festival said: "Our stance has never wavered in that the health and safety of the Manx public will always be paramount in our thinking.
"We do not want to bring any more pressure onto a fully stretched health service just for the sake of a music event."
