More views wanted on health costs

Prescriptions, sight tests and dental treatment

The public still has time to voice opinions on the cost of prescriptions, sight tests and dental treatment.

Consultation is still live on the National Health and Care Service Scheme 2017 - and the Department of Health and Social Care wants more contributions.

So far, 150 people and organisations have submitted their views since it was launched at the start of August.

It's also looking for more residents to interact on its proposals for a new National Health and Care Service Charter - which can be found online at

Both will run until next Tuesday, 12th September.
