Chief Minister sends royal regards

Final preparations are taking place ahead of today's royal wedding.

Windsor will gain an extra 100,000 people this weekend - considerably more than the population of the Isle of Man - to celebrate Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's big day.

Proceedings begin at St George's Chapel at 12pm.

There will be 600 guests inside, who'll see the couple exchange rings and make their vows.

The Island's royal representative, Lieutenant Governor Sir Richard Gozney, is not attending.

But he's sent his regards, along with the Chief Minister, Howard Quayle:
