An election candidate has been reprimanded by the Island's Information Commissioner.
Oliver John Lockwood, who has declared his intention to stand in Onchan, has been investigated for three separate issues.
The summary of the infringements include the lawfulness, fairness and transparency of stored data, the purpose limitation and accountability.
Dr Alexandra Delaney-Battacharya issued advice to candidates on handling the data available to them.
Also contesting the election in Onchan are: Rob Callister, Gabriella Corkish, Julie Edge and Rachel Glover.
