'Dramatic' rise in demand for lateral flow tests in schools

Four positive cases identified by self-administered swabs

The number of high school students opting to take lateral flow tests has 'gone up dramatically' after a number of pupils tested positive for coronavirus.

There are currently 23 active cases of Covid-19 among those aged 18 or under on the Island, affecting students from two schools.

The self-administered swabs are available on a voluntary basis for those in secondary schools.
