Brexit updates sought by Manx politicians

63 questions for written response on Tynwald paper

Brexit, the use of mobile phones in schools and electricity key metres are among the issues being raised on this month's Tynwald question paper.

Sixty-three queries have been tabled for written response - less than half the number that featured in August.

Arbory, Castletown and Malew member Jason Moorhouse is asking whether government plans to update its no-deal Brexit guide before the end of next month, while Ramsey's Lawrie Hooper is asking about food supply following the UK's departure from the European Union.

The cost of Freedom of Information responses, GDPR complaints and the sea services agreement will also feature.

The responses will be published next week.
