People becoming 'more accepting' of digital banking

Research surveyed around 4,500 consumers globally

New research is claiming more people of different ages are becoming more accepting of digital banking.

That's from cloud banking platform, Mambu, which surveyed around 4,500 bankers around the world on the issue.

Concerns were raised locally in January when IoM Bank branches shut in Peel and Castletown which also resulted in public demonstrations.

IoM bank said this was due to changing customer habits with more choosing online options.

Mambu spokesperson, Tom Cheesewright, is also an applied futurist.
