Employee survey leads to award
A local company has been hailed as one of the 'world's most attractive global employers'.
For the fourth consecutive year, accountancy firm Grant Thornton has been included in the list of the top 50 global organisations. This year gaining the thirty-third spot.
The accolade follows an annual survey of more than two-hundred thousand businesses which involved respondents being asked about their ideal employer and the traits they find most admirable in a company.
Managing director of Grant Thornton Isle of Man, Dennis McGurgan, says they are 'very proud of the culture that forty-three thousand people in more than 130 countries have created and which is being recognised by this award.'
