Due to the popularity of the Monday morning "The Swing of Things Session" at the NSC they are happy to announce that a new session will be commencing on Wednesday 18th April 1pm-3pm.

The first session is free, why not go along and have a go, the sports on offer are badminton, squash, short tennis, table tennis, racquet ball and pickle ball.

They provide all of the equipment and there are also two members of staff who can assist you.
