Dessie Robinson will be giving an illustrated talk about the Calf of Man - particularly its birdlife - at 2.30pm on Saturday 1st April in the Guild Room, adjoining Peel Methodist Church in Atholl Street, Peel. Dessie has been a welcome guest before, and he returns to tell us more about the Calf and particularly about the two years he spent alone there as the warden, sharing only with its wildlife.
All are very welcome and the presentation will be followed by a chance for a cooish over light refreshments. A donation of £3 at the door would be gratefully received to help with overheads.
The event is organised by the Manx branch of the Celtic Congress.
