Dementia Awareness Week 20th – 24th May 2019

An activity afternoon at The National Sports Centre (NSC). Activities will range from Chair based exercises to walking football. Refreshments will be available.

Open to the public including people with a dementia or mild cognitive impairment. Also open to people who attend day centres, residential and nursing homes. Carer's welcome.
