- we were joined in the studio by Women Today GP Dr John Snelling, who talked to us about the recent news regarding taking your poorly children to your local pharmacy for minor ailments and conditions; he told us how well trained they are, what they are able to prescribe and when you should be more concerned and go straight to your GP or A&E;
- we also spoke to Dr Fred Nour, shortlisted six times as one of America's top physicians by the US Board of Psychiatry, who spoke to Christy about his latest book "True Love: Love Explained by Science", he discussed how, why and who might use his ground breaking research in the the Chemistry of Love - you can find the link to find out more or buy his book here
- we talked about comments by former Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell who tweeted that female television newscasters who show bare arms "undermine credibility and gravitas";
- and we played out some clips of your favourite Valentines songs and gave away a beautiful bouquet of red roses from Robinson's on the Terrace
