#MRWomenToday listen again: Bridge the Gap and MannBenham bubbly!

On the programme today, we were joined once again by Carly Stratton from MannBenham Advocates, who stopped by to introduce Terence McDonald as they announce their merger with his firm Carter Jones McDonald. They told us what it would mean for the firms and their respective clients and what new services they would be able to offer as a result. They are celebrating the news by launching a competition on their Facebook page, where you can win a bottle of champagne every day for the next 17 days by answering a simple question. Find out more here

- also today, we were joined in the studio by Jill Crossley, secretary for charity Bridge The Gap, a charity which aims to improve facilities and support for teenagers and young adults with chronic and life threatening conditions. Starting today there is an awareness stand at Nobles Hospital giving the public more information about who they are and what they do, but Jill was able to tell us all about their fantastic work so far and their exciting plans for a dedicated space for young people aged 14-24 in a courtyard at Nobles. We were able to find out much more about 'The Pod' by speaking with the architect, Val Lloyd

You can find out more about the charity by popping in to Nobles for the next few weeks to visit their stand, or by visiting their Facebook or Website

- and, as it's a Monday, we also found out how Beth and Christy got on with their #MR50Things Challenge... fair to say that Christy somewhat cheated on this one...!

They also announced that the challenge for this week, in light of it being Valentine's Day on Wednesday, is to Write And Post a Letter to someone you care about.

If you missed any part of the show, you can listen again for the next 7 days at this link
