This week Roger Watterson explores the idea of adopting single legal entity status for the Isle of Man Government.

A consultation was held last year over the issue, and a summary of the responses to that consultation was published at the end of last month.

On the programme Roger revisits two conversations – one with advocate Paul Beckett outlining the legal implications of the move, and the other with Chief Minister Allan Bell and head of Human Resources at the Cabinet Office Jon Callister explaining why it’s felt the change is needed.
