More postponements in football

Fourteen matches survive, though

There's a real mixed bag of football taking place in the Isle of Man today, although some matches have fallen foul of the weather.

In the Friends Provident FA Cup first round Corinthians play Laxey

Ramsey against Braddan has been postponed.

The quarter-final tie due to be played, meanwhile, between St John's and Castletown, is also off.

Two of the GH Corlett Woods Cup first round ties have survived: Malew against Pulrose United, and Union Mills against Ramsey Youth Centre.

Marown against Onchan has been postponed.

There is one quarter-final match being played in this cup: Douglas and District versus Ayre United.

In the Canada Life Premier League, it's Douglas Athletic against Douglas Royal, and Douglas High School Old Boys face St Mary's.

One of the two matches scheduled in JCK Ltd Division Two is still going ahead - Michael United versus Governor's Athletic - but Gymns against Foxdale is off.
