Duo to contest both four-lap races later this year
Mike Browne and Josh Brookes have joined the Boyce Precision Engineering (BPE) by Russell Racing team for the Supersport class at the 2024 Isle of Man TT Races.
The duo will contest the category on board the team's Yamaha YZF-R6 machines in the two four-lap Supersport races this year.
In 2023, riders Dean Harrison and James Hillier represented the outfit and managed a brace of podiums and a top-six finish respectively.
Team manager, Alister Russell, says they're 'confident of another good showing' in 2024, adding 'the boys are capable, and the bikes are capable.'
Double British Superbike Champion and former World Supersport race winner Brookes has previously contested the 600cc class in 2014, 2017 and 2018.
Meanwhile for Browne - an Irish Supersport Road Race Champion - it'll be his third straight year on the Yamaha YZF-R6 after riding for the Burrows Engineering/RK Racing team last year.
