Visiting travel writers attend twin-launch of initiatives championing local produce

Members of group are visiting the Island this week

The Isle of Man is playing host to over 50 travel writers from the British Guild of Travel Writers this week (5 - 9 February).

Founded in 1960, the Guild is a community of over 250 accredited writers, photographers, authors, podcasters, bloggers and broadcasters.

It is seen as the trusted body for independent editorial comment and expert content on UK and worldwide travel.

Visit Isle of Man won the bid to host the group's annual general meeting and convention for 2024, which sees the visiting members on the Island for five days.
