Onchan Commissioners are looking for residents' views on proposed parking restrictions

Local authority says the parking congestion can affect local amenities and the locals

Onchan Commissioners is running a consultation for residents about proposed new parking restrictions in the village. 

Belgravia Road and Royal Drive are being looked at in a bid to reduce non-residents long term parking and congestion at Onchan Park. 

It could mean maximum stays of 18 hours in a 24 hour period if you don't have a permit. 

Chair of the local authority Zara Lewin says the responses so far have been.

Residents have until Friday 1 December to submit their views to the clerk.
