It's estimated that it'll cost the government there £10 billion, but the Chancellor wants to scrap NI altogether, saying it's a double tax on work.
Minister Alex Allinson believes what Westminster has set out is 'very much an election budget,' but admits Tynwald must ensure it remains 'competitive' in comparison.
