The Environment Minister says shortcomings from the Island's political history must not be repeated as Brexit talks continue.

Geoffrey Boot is wary of the Crown Dependencies becoming an 'afterthought' in the UK's negotiations with Brussels.

There have been calls for the Quayle administration to make its priorities clearer with Westminster as the departure date approaches.
