Funeral for Manx snooker great

Cues aloft to remember Peter "Potsy" Reynolds

The funeral of well known Island Snooker player Peter Reynolds takes place at 11am at St Mary's Church in Douglas.

Nicknamed 'Potsy', Mr Reynolds won his first Island Championship in 1980 -  and went on to win it several times more.

Regarded as the best Manx break builder of all time, he represented the Island internationally at multiple World Amateur Championships and Home Internationals competitions.

A Guard of Honour will be formed by his peers, contemporaries and fellow former Island Champions using snooker cues.
