Douglas town centre alive with poetry

More purple verse than purple prose

Douglas town centre has come alive with purple posters showcasing local verse.

The Manx Poetry Trail for 2017 has been launched, going from Douglas Town Hall, along Strand Street then up Broadway to Victoria Road.

Fifteen winning poems from a variety of poets have been chosen for display.
